It really depends on what kind of paper flowers you want to do! I really love the look of crepe paper flowers but right now they are extremely time consuming. But I love how my attempt has turned out lol. I borrowed the book, "Crepe Paper Flowers" by Lia Griffith from my library and followed her tutorials

I am making paper roses out of black paper, maps and books for our wedding. They are surprisingly easy to get the hang of.
