Hi all! I am going crazy. I keep changing my mind on my bridesmaid dresses, color, length, design, and everything else. I am trying to make everyone happy, but now I just don't care. :-/ Has anyone heard of or seen bridesmaid wearing pants? I think I have fallen in love with the idea, but I haven't...

I am trying to make everyone happy, but now I just don't care. :-/ Has anyone heard of or seen bridesmaid wearing pants? I think I have fallen in love with the idea, but I haven't seen many 'real wedding' pictures of this.

I really like the pantsuit!!! Its different but still looks really nice! I've never been a fan of rompers; they are cute but not for me!

I think it's different and love the idea of it. I wouldn't do the picture you posted though. Here's another version of it. It's too casual, too messy and even looks playboyish to me with those collars. It looks like something worn to work on Friday to go out in after work.

I think you need to go more soft and feminine to pull it off, more like this. This looks like a bridal couple but the idea of the pant outfit compliments the dress.

My cousin did pants. I didn't really like the outfit, but she did it for me since I don't wear dresses. Then I couldn't even be in the wedding because she rescheduled it.

I think two in pants and one in a dress would be fine as long as they are a similar material and style. You could also maybe do a maxi skirt for one if the others are in long pants.

I love rompers but I am probably alone on that. I do like the idea of a pant suit if you are shooting for something unique and different. Always think about the body types of your BMs when choosing an outfit. It makes everything a lot easier. I know a lot of times that is really hard but there are things that fit all body types.

Thank you all for your ideas and advice. Through the whole process, i discussed everything with my bridesmaids and they are okay with the pant suits. Like me, they like different and unique. I know we will be able to pull it off!! Btw, the one who didn't like the pant idea opt out (smh) because she wanted everyone in one style of dress

I wanted to do pants for my girls soooooo badly, but just couldn't land on a pantsuit set that worked, so I didn't go that route. I think it's stunning...I'd say go for it!!!!

As long as the colors are the same or combine to your theme, there is no problem with some bridesmaids wearing pants and another (or others) wearing a dress/skirt. Especially if you choose something like the pants with a jacket, then a skirt with the jacket would be very cute, classy, and stylish.

At my 1st wedding, my only requirement was that my 2 bridesmaids wear navy. One wore a nice knit dress and the other wore a vest/pant combo. They both looked very nice. I think pants are a great idea! As long as the outfit fits right. At my wedding, my two older granddaughters will be wearing pantsuits and standing in on my FH side because he doesn't have any groomsmen.

I would really make sure your BMs are comfortable with this. I would wear just about any dress the bride wanted but would be very uncomfortable wearing pants/a romper. So this is one where I would ask each of them (separately, if you ask in a group they will feel pressured) if they would be ok with wearing this.

I'm not a fan of rompers, but luxury palazzo pants and a flashy top could look terrific.
