I'll be 29 (FH is 33) when I get married, and I'll be turning 30 though 8 days after we get married. My FH says I planned that, and I didn't' but it's awesome, ha!
I never planned on getting married but I said if I did I'd want to do it before I was 30, same with getting a house. The second one is in progress (we are working on our down payment), but I'll succeed on the first one.
