We've got our budget, venue (includes caterer and cake), photographer, engagement photos booked, general guest list (will be completely finalized closer to date of course), color scheme, basic registry items (my family requested we start early on this since they will be buying things off it for our engagement, birthdays, holidays etc.). Our ceremony location doesn't book dates until 12 months in advance, its a smaller church so I have no worries about it being booked. I started bridal gown shopping to get an idea of the style that I like and have made an additional appointment at another salon. We have a few vendors in mind but I also signed up for two Bridal Shows so we can meet and see other vendors.

What are some things that are acceptable to get done this early?? I'm a big planner and like to keep busy! I just don't know what I can actually do this early on. Any suggestions would be great!!

Same here. I got engaged September 2016 and we're getting married next April. One of the pros of booking supah early is scoring some sweet sweet deals. I booked my videographer quickly, and within 2 months he became popular and his price jumped by $1,000. Luckily the contract was signed and deposit made! Also, with all the extra time, I have more money saved up so there's not much I have to compromise on.
