Outside wedding

Are you saying that you will just have a small group of people? You could do a pop up ceremony in a 100 beautiful places. We are doing that for our legal ceremony with just his kids in st louis. The officiant will meet us at the old courthouse in front of the arch and we just pop up a ceremony. Our bigger wedding is a destination wedding. If you mean that you just want something outdoors for a bigger group, there are many beautiful choices.

Hmmm....I'm not sure. I imagine as long as it's a small crowd and you're not interfering with anything then I could be okay? Like you're not planning on setting up anything like chairs so...I dont know if they could do much in terms of punishing you for it.

Just find an officiant. I'm sure there are a ton especially if you are open to a non-religious ceremony. They probably have some good suggestions for a "pop up ceremony". I didnt know about the old courthouse spot until my officiant suggested it. Otherwise, just go look around for public places (forest park, navy pier, riverfront, or some other place that you find appealing. You could even do outdoors at a restaurant. I lived in Chicago for 6 years and there are many places you could do it. Start with the officiant for good suggestions. Let us know what you decide to do.
