Outdoor wedding ceremony in the summer in Houston, Texas

Hello everyone! I would like y’all advice on something. I’m in the process of moving my date to late June or July and it’ll be taking place in Houston, Texas. My fiancé and I really want to get married in front of the this gazebo at our venue but, I’m afraid it’ll be too hot. Our ceremony will be starting at 7pm on a Friday so, I’m hoping the heat won’t be too bad. The area also has trees that’ll provide some shade for guests. We will only have the ceremony outside (which will take about 30 mins or less), no cocktail hour and the reception will be indoor. We will be providing fans and possibly water (I’m afraid to hear crackling water bottles during the ceremony). What do y’all think? Would it be possible or too hot for our guests? Btw, our venue has a back up indoor ceremony option if it’s raining or too hot.
