Other half

POF 3 years ago! He told me he wanted to be friends, which was fine cuz we were 90 minutes from each other. Half way through playing minigolf he looked at me and said "nope! We can't be friends". Getting married on 9/14/19!

We met at work 6 years ago. 😬 We were working on the same project as designers and both of us were with different people. We were friends for a good year or so before we left the people were dating and started secretly for a few years. We ended up finally moving on from that company– we left within a month of each other and the moved in together, got engaged, got married. We have since changed jobs twice now and are about to move across country!

I met my other half, 8th grade year in middle school, had no idea who he was until his mother and grandmother pointed him out to me!! and now here were are 15+ years later. Crazy you can find love in Middle school!!

Okcupid when I was bored and browsing after a really damaging relationship. I had no plans on "meeting" anyone to start anything serious with. When I met him I found out that I started taking guitar lessons the day before meeting him at the place he teaches lessons at. Additionally, I remember his boss dropping his name but claiming he had no open spots so I was assigned another dude. Lol if that's no coincidence then I don't know what is.

We met at work 5 years ago. Been together for about 2.5 years ago. We still work at the same place but I don’t work in the same department as him anymore since I got a promotion. There are several married couples at our job, so it isn’t an issue anyway. But I prefer that we do different things since we both take our jobs pretty serious and it avoids disagreements about certain things.

I met my FH at work about 3.5 years ago. He stood in as my trainer when my actual trainer was unable to make it in due to a blizzard xD His friend was the Supervisor I talked to about starting earlier than my usual shift that day, and he took the opportunity to pull the "haaaaaaaave you met Shawn?" card, and then after a rollercoaster relationship for the last 3 years, here we are xD

My husband and I had internships three blocks from one another. He low-key creeped on me until he found out we had a mutual friend. He stole my number from said mutual friend and texted me. I replied because internet safety is a joke and who doesn’t love talking to strangers.

We made plans to meet on campus at a Ben&Jerrys. I was two hours late. He walked 12 blocks home and I texted him I was around the corner. He ended up coming back and our first date happened.
