Have you guys heard of the website cocomelody? Im looking into ordering a customized wedding dress from them but im so scared ordering a dress online.

Never heard of if. Make sure you read all the website reviews and if you want to be sure call the customer services and ask all your questions.

I had an appointment at their brick and mortar store in LA and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dresses.

You can definitely check out their WeddingWire vendor profile and read their customer reviews - CocoMelody Bridal Boutique
If you are still interested in them, you could order some of their bridal swatches so that you can see how you like the material they work with. Also, I would recommend reaching out to their customer service team so that you can ask any questions you have about turn around, sizing and shipping.
