Order of names on wedding album???

Okay so I know this may sound like a stupid question and although I really know the answers I guess I just really want opinions. It took my photographer forever to finish my album, then it took me forever to remember to order it. So my dilemma is do I put my husbands name first or mine? I have seen it done both ways so this is what confuses me. I know that pre-wedding, my name is always first. But technically this is after the wedding (even though it is 'wedding stuff') and is something we will have forever and will be embossed on the cover and I don't know if it should say husband & wife -or- wife & husband. I really like the way his name would look first but then the fact that so many women put their name first is always ringing in the back of my mind that it's lead me to this agonizing point. Please give me your wonderful opinions and advice!!

Traditionally the man's name would come first.
If the woman has taken her husband's last name there are two ways to address the couple:

•Mr. & Mrs. John Doe
•Mr. John Doe and Jane Doe.
If one is professional then it could be:

•Dr. & Mrs. John Doe
•Mr. John & Dr. Jane Doe
If the woman has combined his name with hers the couple would be addressed as:

•Mr. John Doe & Mrs. Jane Smith-Doe.
If the woman has kept her own name:

•Mr. John Doe & Mrs. Jane Smith.
If they are being introduced in a situation where the husband is attending as her partner, her name may be given first:

•Mrs. Jane Smith & her husband Mr. John Doe.
