Options for flooring - outdoor wedding?!! Help!?!

I wouldn’t spend money for flooring. Just tell your female guests to wear dressy shoes appropriate for outdoors.

Have you looked into any non-wood floors? I know people rent Vinyl dance floors when they want a custom logo, I've seen they come in white, black, checked, fake wood, I think light up also.

I have no idea on pricing, I just know that non-wood floors are out there!

We had non-wood flooring (the wood was sooo expensive !). The flooring we had was like plastic squares that snapped in together like a puzzle piece, and then was covered in turf. They were able to lay flat on the ground instead of being built up level like wood would have been, though that did mean it followed the contour of the ground, so one side was a littttle teeny bit slanty. It was still a pretty big expense, but cost I think half or less than what the wood floor cost. I recall being shocked when I saw a wood flooring quote ! After that that made this seem cheap haha....It ended up being super worth it for the comfort of a floor to us though.


I believe it was called Duratrac flooring. Our tent company was able to supply it, but some of the other tent companies we had only had wood as an option, so may have to shop around for it
