Opposite Wedding Idea? Colors? Help?

For our wedding, we're thinking that me and my husband should wear bright colors, while the groomsmen and bridal party wear a very dark version of our color... While guest just wear black and white.
But we have absolutely no inspiration! We're thinking purple and cyan, but we can't find anything that peaks our interest with those colors. Help?

Oh I wish I could find it but allthatglittersonthegram went to a wedding like that and she had photos! It looked incredibly fun... Maybe if you go check out her page you can find some inspiration!!!

It sounds like a fun idea! However I would limit it to your wedding party only. You're going to have a hard time telling all your guests they can't wear certain colors.

I can imagine the photos for this looking absolutely amazing!!! I saw and episode of say yes to the dress where they chose red as their color and all the guests wore white and it was so interesting and stunning.

This would look so cool!! I agree with Jasmine to be careful about the guests. I doesn't hurt to let everyone know the dress code, but be prepared for some people to not follow it. If you do end up doing this I hope you come back and post pictures! It's really unique!
