Backyard Elopement Celebration - February 29th 2020. Semi casual laid back event. Thoughts on these? Ugly, okay, great - too fancy to plain? The picture will be our engagement photos frames and a tad bigger. Also - tips on February decor? I’m lost. I feel like this is too Christmasy? Our colors...

Also - tips on February decor? I’m lost. I feel like this is too Christmasy?

Our colors scheme is grey with gold and white accents. And then a little of brown. Trying to DIY a lot as we are on a tight budget.

    I think they are really cute but I also agree with a PP about making them a little more wintery. I might even spray some fake snow on the pinecones/around the jar a little

    I think it looks a bit disjointed. What about putting some grenery down on top of the wood slab to tie it all together? Or even laying out some extra pinecones on the slab would help.

    Another good idea, if you have the right equipment or can find it cheap somewhere would be slabs of wood. It’s super cute and easy!
