Hello again!!

Included with our venue package is beer, wine & champagne. We are wanting to add a little more.

We are considering to pay for an open bar or add on varieties of wine not included in the package.

As a guest, would you prefer an open bar or a variety of wines?

If we opt for the open bar, (plus the beer and wine included in the package) or add additional varieties of wine to what is included in the package?

It may be important to know that our ceremony starts at 11am & the meal is served at 12:30pm.

Thank you!!

Thanks for the input! All wine would be house wine from the venue. Don’t know the brands or quality.

This is a good point and seems like a good way to try to control excessive drinking.

Hmm, I think the existing options are good actually. Chard&cab are pretty classic options, and the white zin is nice for those who are inclined for something a little sweeter

Open bar vs variety of wines. I'm a wine drinker but because not everyone is I'd say go with a variety of drinks vs a variety of wine.

Open Bar though is what I'd go with

My friends & I would love it! Guests can make mimosas, Bellinis, or just enjoy a juice or plain glass of bubbly. 2-3 juices would be fun: OJ, something exotic like peach or guava, and maybe a cranberry juice?

Our wedding was a similar time of day, we had a wine bar with 7 different types of wines plus a champagne toast and I didn’t hear any complaints 🤷🏻‍♀️

I enjoy all types of liquor but at that time of day I would be happy with wine. I'm not sure what they offer but as a PP said, if the only wine option was something like Barefoot, I'd want something else.

Maybe just add a signature drink or 2 to keep costs down for yourself? I think offering beer wine and a signature drink is plenty of options! As long as there is a red, white and maybe a zinfandel or blush option, I don't think you need to pay the extra for other varieties. How many guests do you have coming? I personally love moscato, that's my go to!

I'd prefer an open bar. I'm not too picky so as long as there is a white & a red option for wine, I'm usually fine.

Oooh! That’s fun! Ours wasn’t in Vegas lol but our family has kids to go home to and honestly those were the most drunk. So do what you feel is good and fits your budget. Happy wedding!!
