I'm doing both. Including letter RSVP cards with an option to RSVP via email or through our wedding website. I think in this day and age it's good to have options.

We are going to use Paperless post. From everything we have done so far I love it! We have used it to send out a couple of Holiday cards to family and friends and they love receiving them by email! So we decided we would do the same for invitations!
