One month out and it’s falling apart

So this wedding journey has been a huge struggle all along. We’ve been working so much to pay for it and we are in the home stretch. I was finally starting to breathe that things were falling into place and getting details nailed down with my planner/doc.
well this morning I get a message from her that due to a family emergency she may not be available for our day. She said it’s a high probability. She’s trying to find a replacement but with a month to go I don’t know that she can.
she literally was in charge of all the decor and coordination along with making sure everything got done and fielding problems. Making my timeline...she was the only thing I had to count on things going smoothly.
also one of my bridesmaids and her family who we are extremely close can’t make it for the same reason.
trying not to panic and hoping it will work out but omg you guys. We don’t have family to take care of it and it will add sooo much work on this wedding to my plate that I already can’t handle.
If one more thing goes wrong before we even get there I may explode 😭
