Does anybody know of any good seamstress that can help me revamp my mom's old wedding dress to a more modern design? Preferably in or close to the inland empire.

Yelp is a really great place to search for seamstresses in an area. According to Yelp, in Riverside CA, the top 3 seamstresses are Your Wildest Seams, Gaye Marie’s Sewing Lab, and Joe’s Tailoring. You should check them out, or do a search for a different area if you would like somewhere closer to you!
