I just got a notification about something on one of the Bride groups I'm a part of on FB and as I scrolled I ran into this.... The fact that people have not only "liked" but also "loved" this post just made my sleep deprived ass face palm so hard.

    Uh what?! as a guest I wouldnt even know how to make a dish for 100 people! holy cow this is insane!

    About 90 to 95% of the people that commented were all in favor for the potluck or BYOB (many said do one or the other) the rest with myself included said it was tacky, rude, high risk for food poisoning and overall disagreed.

    I see nothing wrong with the BYOB portion of this....potluck however...no way.
