I just started looking around in random states and see where these are unanswered. For others, it helps to put questions in the general planning area instead of in the state-specific area.

You can try thumbtack.com. This is where i searched for makeup artist, limo and dj. It also gives ratings, how long they been in business, reviews etc. You can also put in the budget that you are willing to find. You may be able to find an officiant on there. Good luck.
