Officiant first meeting

My fiance and I are meeting an officiant tomorrow. I was raised Catholic but fiance was not and is not religious whatsoever. My family is adamant about a Catholic ceremony. It will be outdoors at the venue. Thoughts on how to prepare for this meeting tomorrow?

@Meaghan, I live in PA. After extensive research and many headaches trying to figure the whole officiant thing out, I came to learn that there is a group of priests that left the Catholic church to get married and many of them perform marriage ceremonies. We found our officiant through the CITI ministries. I'm not sure where you're located, but you can search by state on their website. It really just depends what you're looking for. I personally love the Reverend we found because he is allowing us to create a ceremony that is truly personalized to us. While it is not a Catholic ceremony, we are able to incorporate Catholic elements as well as things that you'd never see in a true Catholic ceremony.

ETA - I apparently can't make coherent sentences right now, it's been a long day.
