*Did any of you do something NOT traditional (I.e. unpopular) for your wedding, or do any of you plan to?

Idk if this is unpopular, but we are doing a dry wedding with pizza as our meal lol.

Wow, that's impressive and crazy! We lucked out really, I'd been researching but nowhere would deliver THEN I noticed that one of the brides at our venue had pizza and I reached out to her and it turns out to be the cousin restaurant of the place I worked at in college!

Dry wedding with a nacho bar instead of open bar.
I'm debating on having a handful of smaller cakes in different flavors vs one large one.

We aren't hiring a caterer! Unfortunately we had to fire ours last week and the stress of trying to find someone else was killing me. My dad is going to BBQ and 4 of his coworkers have offered to help cook the food and serve, they're firefighters and make excellent BBQ and side entrees! I feel much better about this and we're saving a lot of money.

Dry wedding, my dad and brother are the best man and groomsman for FH. Dad and mom both walking me down the aisle. FH and I are going to be hosting some Q and A time forthe guests. Not much dancing (not our crowd).

I’m doing a dry wedding also only because the reception venue doesn’t allow it on the premises.

Hmmm I think mine is pretty traditional aha
We'll wait I guess for my cocktail hour we had boba instead of alcohol
