October Brides 2019

I'm getting close! we sent out invites this week (we live far away from all our guests and it's a small wedding so we went early with that). ordered table cloths and other rentals this week. We're going to set up an Uber Event for guests but they won't let us do that until the 3 month mark. Husband needs a suit or tux and we need to get with the officiant (my bff) to plan the ceremony. And we need to plan our dancing play list. But other than that... we're close to done!

I have nearly everything left to do. it took forever for us to get the venue we want. I go for my dress appointment this Wednesday, i've figured out where we're getting food, I have a good idea on flowers, and i've started looking for an officiant. I had done a bunch of pre-planning while waiting on the venue, so that has helped

I had the same thought today! Holy crap! I only have 18 more weekends to get this done!
i am doing a lot of DIY left to do. Right now I’m just trying to keep a detailed list of every single little thing I have to do, buy, decide onand cross things off when I can. It’s creeping up on us!

All the big stuff is done. It's all the small stuff that is hanging out there now for me. For instance, I need to order invitations, get all the missing addresses from my FH on the guest list, decide on my hairstyle for the day, book the hotel room for getting ready and for the HM night, my FH needs to order his suit, decide on day of transportation, decide what I want for my manicure and pedicure, and meet with the bartender to create our signature drink. All the little stuff like that! LOL! Phew!!

I honestly don't have anything too stressful to do other than order a few more things. earrings, shoes, etc. Maybe some more bridesmaid/groomsman presents, send out the invitations when we receive them in July, continue losing weight, and have a good time at my bridal shower in september

I hired a wedding planning service but not for the planning per say; I rented all decor and chiavari chairs from them so they are setting everything up/decorating for me (they even offer flowers but I only wanted them to do the centerpieces for the tables)

My florist will be coming to bring the bridal / bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages for the moms, etc and will be giving a box of flowers to the cake lady who will add them to the cake. I paid for an Etsy artist to draw a cute cartoon version of us after seeing someone do that here and I ordered a 22" x 28" inch foam board with the cute drawing and our wedding date, etc on it to use as a welcome sign. All the Disney details for tables, etc were ordered a long time ago. I'm not making anything myself so I'm not too stressed. My dad's a wedding DJ and I've worked with all of my vendors for years. I trust them all to do a great job.

I have almost everything left to do except the big stuff - I've booked my venue, photographer, videographer (need to deposit), caterer (need to deposit), haven't decided on a DJ

& our engagement photos aren't until the end of July!

Only just got engaged a month ago so I think I'm making good time!

Oh my word yes! I mean I've been counting down the days but 4 months that's so soon! I have a ton of things to do as well! Just met with a florist so pricing and piecing that together, need to get my shoes, get the bridesmaids dresses ordered and altered, my dress altered just a little, invitations ordered and sent, and about a million other things! Yikes! A tad overwhelmed but I know it will all come together and I've got a great support group. The summer is going to fly by! Cannot wait!

Hey ALMOST date twin (one day before me).

Pretty much all I have left is designing how I want things set up (we only;y get 4 hours in the venue BEFORE ceremony so it will be crunch time for decorating)!I plan on having a floor plan drawn out with where I want tables set and have my sisters decorate for me! Other than that its pretty much just finishing up some of my DIYs and finish paying off everything! Its super exciting!

I'm completely freaking out. I am at this very moment listening to my reception playlist so far, so that is still in the works. She still needs her suit and our best men outfits aren't complete yet. We're ordering the cake this weekend and confirming the menu with our caterer. We have almost all the decorations and favors bought so now I have some crafting to finish. Luckily I have my vows basically completed but I still have to write the ceremony!!! I need a big bottle of wine and couch time to work out what is left and what remains. DEEP BREATHS!

I have to decide if I want to purchase the Double Tree Cookies as a favor?

I have to print out the Menus for the Reception!

I have to decide if I want to purchase soda at the Reception for the guests because they already providing Water, coffee and Tea ( I just did a Forum about this question)? I am having a Cash Bar instead of Open.

Oh! My songlist..... I need to get that together so I can send it off via e-mail.

I am totally stressed out.

I'm thinking robes, Personalized Jewelry boxes, I haven't decided if I was going to do MarlyLilly since they are having a sale. For the guys, I thinking about Personalized boxes with stuff in it. I'm all over the place with it.
