October 2022 Honeymoon

Hi! We are getting married on 9/30/22 and still need to plan our honeymoon! We originally were thinking Greece or Italy, but I'm not sure if we waited too long to start planning. I also think we would enjoy more of a relaxing trip rather than sight seeing, so I am leaning more towards Greece if we did go with one of those two. Any other destination ideas that won't take 20+ hours to travel to from the East Coast?

Also, does anyone have any thoughts/experience on planning everything separate vs. purchasing a package?

    Hi, we went to Greece in September for our honeymoon! Greece has a lot of very nice hotels where you can easily relax. We went to Ikos Olivia and I highly recommend it. It was all inclusive, the food was phenomenal and the service amazing. They have other locations throughout Greece and Europe.

    We're planning on Germany and Austria in September for our honeymoon, but we're waiting a few months to see what happens with COVID before we book anything. Something all-inclusive might be a better bet if you're looking to relax instead of sight-see!

    I would wait to see what the COVID rules do or at least book the insurance! You might find some deals the longer you wait. If you aren't going for the siteseeing, and just want to relax, might be easier and safer to stay in America.
