If everything goes according to plan, we'll be coming in under our $20k budget.

We're going to be around 5-6,000. We live in a very small town, and lots of diy.

Around $30k, for a medium sized wedding in Manhattan.

Expensive for most people, wildly under average for the location.

Finding my dress at a pop up sample sale saved thousands, and we didn't do a lot of extras. Just good food and good music and a great view.

My original budget was 10k. I quickly realized for what I wanted it wasn't doable. I raised it to 15k. All said and done I am at 15,200 Smiley smile

1k is my budget. no reception and a small intimate ceremony. We are saving our money for the honeymoon since we dont know that many people anyway. I think it's like 10ish guests total so far and that's all family. the most important thing is how we look and how the ceremony looks so that we have some beautiful photos to pass down. Aside from that we will be doing cake cutting and drinks in an intimate setting in our apartment clubhouse. the ceremony is in this gorgeous public park gazebo on an off peak day to pretty much guarantee it's free (even though we could pay to hold it for 400) and that's that. The rest goes to attire, flowers, cake, decor and mostly the photographer. We just want some laid back and very intimate memories and pics. And a bomb honeymoon lol.

Our original budget was 15K, then we realized that wouldn't work so we bumped it to 20K. Now we're inching closer to 25K because FH keeps saying that we only get one day, so whats a few extra dollars. Our honeymoon will be about another 9K on top of it.

I feel a bit bashful saying that ours is about 1500, with about 1k paid for by my mother. Originally I wasn't going to have an actual wedding, just a courthouse thing to make it official, but she wanted me to have a ceremony if that's what I wanted and was willing to help me pay for it even though she's not really wealthy either. A lot will be DIY'd with some favors called in to make it work. We're not even talking about a honeymoon yet, I'll probably just rent out a nice hotel room for a night and we can save for a proper vacation later.

We will be coming in around 35K for our wedding weekend but that's including all the vendors, attire, gifts, accommodations, etc. We are having approx 150 guests in NC.

We are on about a 5K budget. We cannot afford anything more. We are only inviting family and our absolutely CLOSEST friends. FH's dad's friends offered to do all the food and we found vendors (photography, DJ, and hair/Makeup) that were in our price range. I am making all of our decor and FH's mom is doing the cake. If you know someone that can and is willing to help, just ask. The worst they can say is no. But that will help determine your budget now rather than later when looking at vendors.
