Not sure what to do in this situation going on

Me and my fiancés mother has been planning the wedding had booked a venue and dj and started doing so much well we are getting married in November and she has gotten really sick and had a brain infection and now we arnt sure how exactly we are going to have the wedding and if she will even remember it if she comes. i even canceled my venue becuase we could not pay for it all on our own i feel like she would want us to continue with the wedding for her becuase she was just so excited about this wedding but now it has been kidna sad planning it without her… how do i help my fiancé cope with all the chamges happening with his mom?
