I think you should have your groom match you somehow. Throw a splash of silver and/or navy on him like a tie and pocket square, and also have his shoes in navy. Your girls can wear white and carry maroon flowers. I think maroon jackets for the groomsmen are great!

Would you consider using a board on Pinterest to help you with the vision? You could pin pictures of clothing items to get a feel for what it will all look like together!

I was in a wedding and the brides colors were the rainbow so each bridesmaid was in a different color dress and the groomsmen wore white tuxes with the vest matching our dress and we all wore white converse with our color laces

Your vision for your bridal party sounds great! I agree with pp that maybe having your bridesmaids wear white and carry maroon flowers would bring an added pop of color and have your groomsmen in maroon jackets with white pants to match the bridesmaids. I also think your groom should have a splash of Navy somewhere on him to tie into your dress. But otherwise your vision sounds good!
