Hi everyone!

My fiancé and I have been engaged since March and are planning to have our wedding in September next year! We are currently trying to buy a property up in the Catskills, so (fingers crossed!) we’ll have the wedding there. We have a really limited budget and I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with affordable catering options in the Catskills/Capital region in NY? We’d like to spend no more than $30-50 a person for just under 100 guests.

Hi and welcome!
Have you tried looking under the Vendors and Venuse tabs, up above? It's a great way to start searching for venues and other vendors.
I also recommend cross-searching with The Knot, Google, and Yelp, so that you can get a really good picture of what's available.
Also, there's tool that helps you find the average cost of things in your area, so you can get a feel for the quotes.

Hi Chandani! What kind of food are you thinking?
At a lower price like that I'd definitely also reach out to food trucks, local restaurants and catering services. You can typically find some Italian buffet and BBQ catering at a good cost - and it looks like there are several local BBQ options in the Catskills!
