Normal price range for bridesmaid dresses?

I'm not sure what was normal but my girls spent $120 on their dress. Three of my five have been in a wedding before and said that my dresses are the cheapest they've had to buy. I'm in north NJ.

I stayed under $200 for their dresses but the alterations price took them over. Unfortunately I couldn't control that price. Those extra charges ranged from $30 up to $100.

I haven't been in a wedding where I paid less than $130, my sister is in a wedding in a few weeks and that dress was $250. I just have one lady in my bridal party, I went with her and she chose which one she liked best. I just told her I wanted it to be white. She went with a prom gown, that was very embellished so it was pretty pricey but it's what she wanted and could afford.

We went to David's Bridal, i think they all paid between $130-170

I chose a company that ranges from $60-$80. I chose the color and they are choosing their dresses.
