Hey folks,

The traditional things are lovely and timeless but I love the folks who take a non-traditional route! What are some of the non-traditional aspects of your wedding? I'd love to hear (well read) about it!

I'm mixing traditional and non-traditional but I think my biggest non-traditional is that FH and I are walking down the aisle together.

My hubby & I walked the aisle too! Other non-traditional elements:
    - no wedding party
    - no DJ- no wedding cake (we did a custom plated dessert)- we did first look- we had a family-style dinner

We're having a mostly traditional ceremony but our non-traditional aspects are no parent dances (we're going to dance with our sons) and I have a bridesman. I might include no boutonnieres as well. We also have a broom bearer for when we jump the broom. I love everyone else's non-traditionals! Make it your own! Smiley smile

Ooooooooohhh a broom bearer!!! I've never heard that term, I'm about to steal that! Our son is carrying our broom but we just titled him a junior groomsman. I'm loving this broom bearer title.

Lol thanks! I didn't like calling our Godson a second ring bearer since that's not what he was so I was specific. Glad you like it! Smiley smile
