My center stone is a sapphire that is technically white, with a hint of champagne color - the rose gold inner halo really brings out the blush color in it. I love it - it came out better than I even expected! <3

OP!! Let me share with you my Amazon Prime "stunt" ring set. I already did the research, read the reviews, etc. It's sterling silver and really well put together. I wear the bands with my actual ring all the time. Goes perfectly with my white gold. The center CZ is outstanding.

FYI - my FH looked into a pearl engagement ring because i love pearls (they are the only jewelry i really own and wear besides my engagement ring) but he found that because pearls are so soft they have to be replaced fairly often and are often cost more in upkeep!
