Nobody can agree on a bridesmaid dress

Since none of my bridesmaids could agree on a dress, I was able to find two dresses everyone agreed on and had them pick either one because they were the same color. Come the next day, 2 out of 5 bridesmaids bought their dresses, but the other 3 hadn't. Now those two dresses are completely out of stock on that website. The bridesmaids who bought the dresses now have to return them and we have to do this all over again.

I get that if the bridesmaids have to pay for their own dresses that they should also like what they're wearing. But at what point do I say "Look guys, we can't all love the same dress, just suck it up and buy it, otherwise you may attend as a guest."

I would really prefer for everyone to wear the same dress, but it looks like we might have to do mismatched dresses.

When does a bride put her foot down?

Often, when people can't afford something, they'll come up with other excuses. Did you ask each girl individually and in private what her budget was before you even started looking at dresses.

Good question as I am having issues with this too!!! It's super annoying! My girls haven't bought theirs yet but we are approaching the deadline. So much damn back and forth and people changing their mind. And it doesn't help that we can't all seem to go to the store at the same time due to eveyone's schedules, to just figure it out already. I thought I was being flexible but now it's like they are calling the shots and I'm ready to say here's the dress. Buy it or dont.

I'm doing the jersey made dresses. It's a one size fits all and you can wrap it 30 different ways.
