No garter toss.

We didn't do it, and we didn't do anything instead.

We aren't going to do a garter toss or a bouquet toss, or the dollar dance, or the chicken dance or the conga line... well..... maybe a conga line... but we are going to fake him removing the garter. When he gets down to remove it, my MOH will come over, grab him by the arm and escort him off the dance floor. Then all my bm's and I will break out in a choreographed dance. LOL right now i'm a big fan of the carlton dance flash mob... but haven't decided yet.

Hmmmmm...... Robyn.... you had me at "BP walk in to the reception".... Love it. My FH isn't as much of a jokester as I am, so i doubt i could talk him into anything like the BP walk, but, i'm going to consider it anyway. What's he going to do? Walk away if my girls Carlton dance down the aisle??? lol

We are not doing a garter toss. I was not going to do a bouquet toss but I figured I would to please other people. No chicken dance, or cha cha slide. Not even the YMCA song. No way.

Haha Kelly, I've been begging my FH and BP to do it with me!

We had two bouquets and two garters, and none of them got thrown. And we didn't do anything else "instead," either. We followed the traditions that were meaningful to us and skipped the rest, and no one complained about the "missing" ones.

No tosses. FH and I hated being forced onto the floor, even when we were engaged. Why would we submit others to something we don't even like?

We're not. We don't have enough single friends. Not replacing it with anything either.

We are not doing either toss, most friends are married. We are not planning on doing anything its place except dance and drink.

Same as Soon to be Mrs. S here. Most of the people at our wedding are married. We have ... 3-6 people who are single. And we don't want to single them out. (No pun intended.)

We are doing one. But...I wouldn't worry about trying to replace it with something else, your guests will be having too much fun to even notice.
