No flower girl...who scatters flowers?

We are not having a flower girl, so I was thinking our DOC would just scatter the flowers before I walk down the aisle. Would that be weird? Should I have someone else do it instead? Thanks!

I love this idea! We already will have 2 groomsmen serving as ushers so if they direct people to enter from the sides, maybe we wouldn't have to rope off the aisles. Thanks!

Normally flower girl goes right before the bride goes down the aisle.

Right, but since I’m not having a flower girl, my question is if my DOC scatters them before the ceremony and then all the bridesmaids walk on them before I walk down the aisle, do you think they would still look ok?

    Thanks!

I'm sure it'll be fine you could do a practice run at rehearsal.
