Need Recommendations

So I feel like maybe I’m a little crazy but here’s my plan and I wonder if it’s really doable: Rent a house on the beach for a week with maybe 20 friends (family and kids are coming up for the ceremony for like 2 of the 7 days and will have a separate house), we all just hangout/party at the house and beach. We want to just get chairs and have everyone come to the beach at some point and have the ceremony (no wedding party no decor just us on the beach) then go back to the house and hangout/party. One of our friends is a DJ so we don’t need that. Besides chairs all I really need is photography/videography for the day of - getting ready, ceremony, and just some pictures of us. We would need a big house that neighbors won’t mind loud (but not ungodly) music all night. Does that sound as simple as I think it does and achieveable? Any recommendations for house, chair rentals, or photography/videography?
