Need help with wedding signs, escort cards etc

I ordered my escort cards off of Minted. I waited to order them until 2 weeks before our wedding in case there were last minute edits to the guest list (which there have been people that can no longer make it)

I bought a box of small tent cards from Avery for about $12 on Amazon. They have free online templates, and I printed the escort cards on my home printer. Super easy and convenient with last minute changes. Also, much cheaper. They were arranged on a table between the cocktail hour and reception rooms in alphabetical order.


We didn't do signs. We figured people knew who's wedding they were at lol.

We got ours from vistaprint, it’s a foam board. Our florist is going to add flowers to it. I’ve also bought a sign from zazzle, however it’s not a foam board and just a poster that I will either frame or glue to a foam board.

As for escort cards, I’m going to order them from Minted once we have our final guest count, probably 2-3 weeks before the wedding. They print the names and table numbers. I’ve also seen others write the names themselves or just the table number. It’s really up to your preference.
