Need help with planning food for engagement party!

Here is what our food list is for the party for 50 people that is 3 hours on 6/26 from 5:00-8:00. Is it enough?! We also face the challenge of it being in June and having the party outside and it’s at a winery! Also need suggestions on how to keep food cold and it still look elegant!!

Hot foods:
Chicken piccata TortelliniEggplant rollatiniGrilled vegetables with balsamic glaze
Cold foods

andwich trayMozzarella, basil, and tomato skewers Macaroni salad Antipasto tray with meats and cheeses
Desserts:Cupcakes CakeDecorated cookiesBrowniesCream cheese balls (they should be good since they have will be put out towards the end!)
Candy:MintsPop rock lollipops 😄🤷🏼‍♀️Salt water taffy

To keep cold food cold, you have your pan refrigerated until just before serving. You can also fill a chafing dish with a layer of ice for the pan to sit on. Make sure there is no burner underneath.
Sounds like a good variety.

Thank you! I think I am going to get a container from big lots and add some type of insulation inside and then ice and then wrap it with a pink table cloth!

That seems like a good variety of food with plenty of options!
And I'd try to serve the cold food on ice! Some people use inflatable serving bars or acrylic serving trays to hold the ice:

Hello ladies! Same issue! Need help finding a restaurant to make reservations for 40-50 people in Las Vegas, Nevada! Wedding is June 26th as well, but COVID it kinda is difficult as well as trying to stay within a budget! Any thoughts or suggestions?
