Had the same problem for our wedding. Needed the pennies for a wishing well. Attempted all the same efforts as previously posted; Banks, US Mint, Local Coin Dealer and kept running into no's. One of the coin dealers suggested eBay and sure enough, there they were. You'll obviously pay a little more than the pennies are worth (eg. I paid $18 with shipping for $5 worth of pennies). Hope that helps.
