Need Advice - how to do this marriage celebration

Hi everyone! We planned on having a wedding/reception on 3/21 but coronavirus put a halt to that. Instead of letting this get the best of us, we were blessed to have a small ceremony (married by our Pastor) on the 21st, then a 'marriage celebration' in September. My question is, would you do another marriage ceremony for those who couldn't be there? Or would you just have a party to celebrate being married for 6 months or so? Would you send Save the Date cards (but word it to say it's a party) with RSVPs? This is definitely new territory for me so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
