Need a Smoker Friendly Resort Punta Cana

Sorry, can't help but I just wanted you to know you're not alone on the smoking thing. We're both smokers too and we're going to Sandals in St. Lucia. We can't smoke in the room or restaurants but anywhere outside is fine. Good luck finding something!

My cousin told me that the excellence is a smoke friendly resort. Im not sure if they have one in St. Lucia, but they do in Punta Cana. This resort though is about 600.00 more then we expected to pay. UGH

Just because it's a smoke free resort doesn't mean they dont give you AREAS to smoke in on the grounds! Try calling and asking about it! I think it'll be pretty rough finding one that the whole place is entirely smoker friendly with how people are now. But don't believe that it means you can't at all, you just have to be in a designated area I believe

Yes you can and the rooms are fantastic. Did I mention that it is all Inclusive?

I have been to Punta Cana several times. The majority of the travelers to PC are Europeans. Smoking is quite prevalent among the European population. I found the overwhelming majority of the resorts are smoke friendly. Other places I def know of and that are fabulous: Majestic Colonial, Majestic Elegance

To date, the DOminic Replublic does not have stringent smoking laws. Now, Mexico has changed dramatically in the last few years. UGGG Yes, I am a smoker.
