Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows the contact number for wedding wire? I have emailed them twice on two separate occasions without a response and my wedding website is not loading correctly for any of my guests. I went on and re-uploaded all of the broken images. That did not fix the problem. The only thing that appears on the website is the header in our names but none of the actual information. Very frustrating.. I really need some help thanks!

Omg. So I called wedding wire on 5/22/19 & 5/28/19 to cancel reservations. They said we can't abs would get back to us within 72 hours. Still haven't heard from you. Today I called wedding wire, no answer. So I called the hotel and our reservations were canceled. weddingwire canceled our reservations, never called us back to tell us or anything. I can't get ahold of weddingwire. It just puts me on hold and then tells me to leave a voicemail. And I didn't get a refund for the $500? This is b.s. I think if I don't get a refund, I should get a call to bye sure I want to cancel before I'm out the $500!! I called the hotel and there's nothing they can do because it was made through wedding wire. I want a refund or my reservations back!!!

I need to contact someone on wedding wire. Preferably the person who updates the website service section. I would like to request that Covid onsite testing be added as a service. I run an event testing company and would love for people to know this service is available to them, so they can have everyone they love at their wedding.
