Navy And Gold Wedding. What color uplights?

I’d do mainly light pink, but maybe a few navy up lights?

Were doing gold or navy uplighting. I think i just responded in your other post, id worry that the pink will get lost with the bold navy at the centerpiece. However, that could be untrue its hard without seeing the event space. Ours has some brown in the walls and thats what we want to cover up

I don't know who's selling you on Navy uplighting, but thats not a thing. You'll end up with blue, and it probably wont be a pretty blue, but I would seriously ask them to see what they mean by "navy". Same with gold, uplights don't come in gold or silver. The closest thing to Gold you'll get is Amber, which will most likely emphasize the brown in your walls.

For Op, I would actually suggest amber or pink though, Amber is a very formal feeling uplight, I hate blue uplights personally, I think they make rooms look cold and kind of cheap. Pink to me is very light and pleasant, though it feels younger to me.

Amber- the closest you'll get to gold Blue- about as dark as it'll get Pink- close to as light as you can get and still get a pink feeling

Also, when you're talking to your lights person, if you find out exactly what model of uplights they are planning to use, and then look up that exact model. Different models do not produce the same shades of color.
