Name that dress? Help identifying!

I bought my dress at a pop-up sale event, and didn't even think to ask about who made the dress or anything like that (mind you, they were less than helpful, my MOH basically did their work for them...)


I've already tried every possible image search I can think of; I found a few dresses that are VERY similar, but there was always something not quite right. The only info I have is the style no. on the inside: 3198W and that it is definitely a discontinued model.So, if anyone can help me identify my dress it would be super appreciated.
