We live in Florida. The fella and I want to both change our last name, to a name unrelated to either of our family lines. You may be shocked by how unhelpful the internet is. Any suggestions on where to start?

Go to your circuit court or DMV and I would ask them the requirements for Florida. You are right, not much on the internet.
