When you get/got your nails done how much do you plan/did you pay? Looking into a salon now and going to try them out tomorrow. I don't get my nails done often so looking for fair pricing for a job well done. I'm simple, I like just a French manicure and pedicure. Would love to see pictures of your nails that you plan to get or had done Smiley smile Any other nail advice welcome.

I'm in Northern California and I pay $60 for a gel mani/pedi. It includes a hot stone massage, paraffin wax and gel polish. My area is saturated with nail salons, so you get a lot for less.

I live in Illinois and get my nails (no chip mani and just a regular pedi) done religiously. It definitely depends on your location, and even the salon. $28 for a no chip manicure and $25 for a regular pedicure is what I usually pay. Sometimes I'll just get a polish change on my toes, and that's only $8. They still cut, file and paint, the just don't soak, file the bottom of your feet and massage your legs.

French is always an up-charge, or always has been in my case.

I get sculpted acrylic. Initial application was 50 fill-in is 40. It depends where you're located and what you have done.

For a gel mani/pedi I pay $95 **face palm** To me, it's worth it because everything they use is always brand new & they keep everything super clean. So, I'm not afraid of contracting any type of fungus. I advise to make sure that you pay very close attention to the way these salons maintain their cleanliness.

Depends on the area. I go here in nc and for just my real nails I pay about $60 for a mani and pedi with gel polish. For artificial nails, I've paid $80.

Grrr.... I wish I could get gel. I've tried several times, but I have a severe adverse reaction to them!

SNS dip is the way to go. $40 for mani and last over a month. (Better than gel/healthier for the nail).

Pedicure is about $30. That includes hot stones and the wax dip.

    I am in South Georgia

I get the dip powder french manicure for $30 in Texas and regular pedi for $35 as well. I get the hot wax, hot towel, exfoliating scrub and hot stones for the pedi because I have naturally rough feet.

This depends on where you go. However, so does quality. Today I paid 45 for powder on top of tips. Next time I go, I'll just get the powder. If you haven't done it, try it. It stays on, requires 0 drying time, and is allegedly good for your nails!

Pricing changes so much but, french is always an extra charge. I would recommend acrylic or powder if you get french though because it will stay alot better than polish

It's gel, does that matter? They normally last a good amount of time. I've only ever done reg polish and gel.
