My vistaprint invites never came UGH!!!

They could still show up! ^_^ At least Vista is correcting the issue. I hate the US mail system sometimes. My car payment that I mailed on time ended up getting lost somewhere and thank goodness I make copies of everything because the bank was pissed. I showed them the post mark and everything. Not my fault the US mail system lost it.

The guy was probably trying to be nice so you didn't wig out on him. They get nasty people all day that complain about stuff customer service has no control over.

I have ordered all of my stuff from Vista Print and I have had a great experience. I actually too many save the dates (my fault) and they refunded me my money. I also got all of the products that I ordered earlier than expected. I'm sorry that you are having this issue, but I'm glad they corrected it.

I agree with Future Mrs. Rosemond, I have ordered from Vista Print for the past 6 years and always received my items on time or before.

@ Miss Tattoo... I'm hoping they still show up lol and they were very nice about it. I was very nice and calm and laughing so I don't think he was trying to be just nice. I felt alittle more than "i'm going to be nice to this woman so she doesn't freak out" lol

I always use Vistaprint and have never had any issues. They have great customer service. I seriously doubt the guy was hitting on you, probably just being extra nice so that you wouldnt go off on him.

I was just alittle disappointed because I've always heard great things about Vista print and now I FINALLY order from them and this happens. That's how my luck is though lol

Don't be mad at VP, it could be USPS :-) Last year I had problems with the Body shop order because it also never arrived. I called, they sent another package. It never came. Then they sent the 3rd package. About a month later I had 3 identical packages from them. Well, a year long supply of body butters lol!

@ Mrs S.... lol well nothing wrong witha year long supply of body butters. however I don't want a year long supply of wedding invites lol. I'm not mad...just alttle annoyed at the whole thing, but nothing specific. This is what I get for trying to compromise with what my mom wants lol If I had stuck with my plan and not let FH persuade me to compromise with my mom, I wouldn't of needed to order the invites and wouldn't have this problem lol

I had a similiar issue too. It was delivered to the wrong address. It shipped with UPS who then delivered it to my post office who delivered it to the wrong house. Not really Vista Prints issue but it upset me they just didn't stick with UPS delivering the package so we could have tracked it further. I reorderd the thank you cards because the post office couldn't find them but ended up finding them a few hours later and Vista Print cancelled my order and refunded my money.

@ Brandie...that's horrible! Maybe Vistaprint shipped to the post office and they got there on time but then the post office has to now deliver to us? Either way Vistaprint is reprinting and shipping them 3 day for free.

My VP order was handed off from UPS to USPS. If I had to bet money I'd blame it on the Postal service not VP. This time of year they are ridiculous. I mailed a pkg priority to Chicago with Deleivery confirmation. The tracking shows it left my local post office and nothing else. So now I have to call them and prob wait on hold to get an update. Glad VP was able to resolve your issue though. I love them

One thing about VP- they make it right. My orders ahve always arrived quicker. I use their standard processing (the 3 week one) and have never waited more than 10 days for an order.

Since you still have a month and half before you should be sending invites to anyone, no harm done.

@ Meghan..the invites I ordered from Vistaprint are going out ASAP as they are for family in s.c. to see how many are TRULY going to come. It's a peace offering for my mom as she's been stressing me about inviting the family I'm not close with.

Double post

It's definitely the mail system around the holiday's that is the problem. We mailed christmas cards on the 1st and our family that lives within a 50 mile radius from us just started getting them yesterday.

I'd definitely blame it on USPS ... I ordered from Cabelas.com and they shipped through USPS, never got a tracking number from USPS and I was supposed to get the package at the beginning of the week ... still no package. I called Cabelas.com and they blame USPS and when I call my local post office I get a rude employee yelling at me about how many packages they get this time of year and how miserable it would be for her to try to locate my package at this time.
