My maid of honor

Rachel, on March 23, 2019 at 4:45 PM Posted in Family and Relationships 0 12
My maid of honor who is my sister is pregnant! Which I’m so excited about it! But she’s due a month before my wedding 😂
Is anyone else going through something like this?
I’d like to say I’m a pretty chill bride so it’s not a big deal to me.

Same! Bff/ honorary bm is due 12 days before my wedding. So happy for her bc they've been trying for a while. I told her I'd do her "jobs" for her, but she swears she wants to do it all. Backstory: our children are our Wedding party and are all under the age of 8. 😂

I have bridesmaids due 8/1 and 8:6 and my wedding is 9/21 so I’m trying to be chill too but it seems tough to not just generally worry. And I changed my whole bachelorette party. It’s obviously the best that they’re having kids but it’s a bit nerve wrecking

My sister is pregnant and she’s going to a young mother so i decided not to make her maid of honor just so she didn’t have the extra stress on top of raising a baby. She agreed. So i would talk to your sister and see how she feels about taking on that roll as well as having a new baby. Is her dress going to fit?

My sister isn't my MOH but she's a BM and due 10 days before the wedding. First kid. Could easily have a newborn, still be pregnant, or give birth on the day of. Picking a dress had been fun. Lol

Same thing!! I have three bridesmaids. One is due 2.5 months before the wedding and one will be 34 weeks at the wedding. My maid of honor is the only one not expecting. Dress shopping has been fun to say the least

We are getting married in November 2020 but my dream venue had an opening on October 2019 and we almost moved it. Two out of my three bridesmaids just found out they’re pregnant and due in October and November of 2019. Since one is my best friend and one is my niece I would have had to worked around moving it. I wouldn’t want to miss their births.

One of my bridesmaids just stepped down because she is pregnant! She lives in Maine and the wedding is in Washington. She'll be about 8 months at the time of my wedding!
