My Maid of Honor is my best friend from high school who happens to be a gay male. Any gift ideas? I don't want to give him the same things as my bridesmaids.

Shop for all of your bridesmaids/bridesmen as if it's their birthday. you know him better than we do - does he like sports, wine, reading, coffee, etc? go from there.

Totally agree with Kate. It's much better to have a gift picked for the individual person, than for everyone to have matching make-up bags that say "Gabriella and FH Forever! 5-23-14", or whatever.

Or if you want to include him on group gift ideas, how about whatever your FH is giving to his GM?

But, I think it's great that your MOH is a guy. We had a Best Ma'am, who would have been one of my bridesmaids had hubby not picked her for his side instead.

So is mine. I am calling him a man of honor and he thanked me for not referring to him as a maid, but every guy is different! I have no idea what to get him yet. I do like the birchbox idea, Celia!
