My Maid of honor got engaged

Okay so, my very dear friend of ten years is my maid of honor. I got engaged in January and she made a plan to help me go shopping for a dress.

The day of the appointment she asks her boyfriend of four years to elope with her and i found out on the way to find me a wedding dress. The appointment went from my moh helping me to me helping her while also trying on dresses.

I did not like how i looked in any of the dresses and got no feedback or advice from my moh because she was so caught up with how beautiful she looked in all of her dresses.

I am really trying to be happy for her and everything. Is it wrong to be upset about it?
