So, my mom and I got to Kleinfeld's at 8am today for their 3pm blow-out sale. We were pumped. I had pictures of styles I liked. I had a mental list of the things I was looking for. So, my mom and I got to Kleinfeld's at 8am today for their 3pm blow-out sale. We were pumped. I had pictures of styles I liked. I had a mental list of the things I was looking for. At 11am, they handed out numbers and told us to come back at 2. I was number 11...I knew that if my dress was in there, I would find it. We came back at 1:45 and were let into the store at 2:45...we were in the first group. My consultant asked me what I was looking for, so I started to tell her I had pictures of examples and she told me she didn't want to see them...so I told her "A-line, some lace, sweetheart neckline, defined waist" and she told me to start looking. There were 4 rows of dresses (there were about 400 dresses out there). I started on the rack that was at the top of my price range...nothing there. So I went to the cheaper rack...nothing there, either. I asked the consultant if she'd found anything, and she said no...I probably wouldn't get what I wanted for my price. Continued...

I went to Kleinfeld for one of their blow-out sales. It was actually a sale on accessories. It was horrible! My mom and I arrived to the store about 1/2hr prior to the sale. We were not that far from the front of the line. They began letting 8 customers in at a time. We watched everyone as they were leaving the store and 8 out of 10 customers did not purchase anything. We got into the store and there was absolutely NOTHING left. The showcases had little or nothing in them. the had shoes piled up in one corner very over priced and didn't look at all worth it. There were two racks of veils that were ugly, dirty and ripped! The sales associates were not that friendly and were NO HELP. When we showed one of the associates the ripped veils she basically shrugged her shoulders and said, "Oh." I couldn't belive it for the big name that this store holds. I will NOT recommend this store to anyone and my experience was horrible.
