So this weekend I got migraine and upper respiratory. To wear I did not get out of bed went to hospital Friday with migraine. My fiancé keeps letting me have the bed sleeping on couch. Not sure if anyone gets migraines but anything makes it worse sound movement so on. Then he keeps reassuring me cause I feel bad he is on couch. That he would rather be with me but us worried and wants me to feel better and not get like Friday again. Just so thankful for him.

I think I freaked him
out cause I get home from the hospital on Friday went to bed did not get out of bed till Monday morning. Went to work hung out with him
some while watching tv then just went back to bed. Just trying to sleep.

Awww. I just started getting them. What do you take or do for them to not occur so often. I normally HAVE to sleep with the tv on but lately I HAVE to sleep with it off and I try not to have my phone in my hand so much.
