My dress... that fiance doesn't like....

You look gorgeous in that dress! I wouldn't even worry about it. The day you get married he'll be looking at YOU not just a piece of fabric on a hanger.

When I was dress shopping I had DH give me some ideas of what he liked - and they were much simpler than my taste (ie, plain satin not sparkly lace.)

I went with a sparkly lace dress that made ME feel beautiful, and it showed on our wedding day. Looking back he tells me how beautiful I was & says he can't imagine me in anything different. My dress suited me & that's what made him happy.

And FWIW, I walked right past my dress hanging in the store. It's when it's on you that it looks/feels right

You look incredible. That dress was made for you. A lot of beautiful dresses look awful and tacky on hangers; mine did too. But it looks lovely on you and that's what matters. His jaw will drop, and you two might have a laugh at how he thought it was ugly on the hanger and how wrong he was!

I guarantee you, by the time your wedding rolls around, he won't even remember he'd seen the dress. As a lot of others have said, it's always different on a hanger than on you - and YOU look amazing in it!!

I actually think you look amazing in that dress. Dresses do look VERY different on hangers than they do on, so FH probably won't even recognize that dress as the one from the salon when he sees you.

I would definitely not worry about it. I don't know how many dresses I saw on a hanger and said, uh, no thank you, only to try them on have my opinion completely changed. I'm willing to bet he wouldn't even notice it was the same dress!

That was on the hanger, dresses don't look the same on the hanger as they do on you.

Don't worry about it once he sees it on you he will love it. My dress looks horrible on the hanger even I don't like it on the hanger but it looks great on.

Honestly, he probably won't even remember what the dress he said he didn't like looked like! My fiancé is like that - quick to have opinions but forgetful. You are beautiful in that dress, he won't be able to take his eyes off you!
